Day: 1

Day 1: Malaga

On Friday afternoon, we will meet at the hotel in Malaga, where we will introduce ourselves and hold a brief meeting before going out for dinner. We will stroll along the seafront promenade to enjoy Malaga’s typical cuisine, pescaito frito (fried fish).

Day: 2

Day 2: Malaga - Antequera, World Heritage Site

After an early breakfast, we start our route towards the Axarquía, passing small mountain roads with views of the Costa Tropical and visiting villages such as Colmenar, Mondrón and Villanueva del Trabuco.

We have lunch in Antequera and visit the Paraje Natural Torcal, with a guided tour of the Ammonites.

We finish the day with dinner and astronomical observation before returning to the Hotel Infante Antequera for accommodation.

Day: 3

Day 3: Antequera - Caminito del Rey

On Sunday, after a hearty breakfast, there will be a motorbike ride from Antequera to the Abdalajís Valley and the Caminito del Rey.

We will ride along country roads with spectacular scenery. On arrival, the motorbikes will be left and a shuttle will be taken to the access to the Caminito, which will be covered on foot in one direction only.

The visit culminates with lunch in a nearby restaurant.

Organization during the trip

This trip is something special as it will combine motorcycle routes with activities in natural areas, such as the guided route of the Ammonites in El Torcal de Antequera, the astronomical observation in the same Torcal, and the Caminito de El Rey.

Travel during the trip
On this occasion, travel will be by motorcycle, on 100% paved roads.

In exceptional cases, we may find sections undergoing improvement and maintenance works.

Provisioning
All breakfasts, lunches and dinners are included. In addition, the organization will provide cold drinks for the longer stages.

Equipment
Luggage:
During this trip, participants must carry their own luggage and suitcases. The organization is not responsible for possible incidents. Only in exceptional cases it will be possible to transport private belongings in vehicles of the organization.

Clothing:
We advise you to adapt your clothing list to the season in which the trip will take place, on this occasion you should keep in mind that there are two hiking trails, in El Torcal and in El Caminito del Rey, so it is important to bring appropriate clothing and footwear for it. Likewise, the temperature at night can drop significantly, especially in El Torcal, which should be taken into account when preparing your luggage.

Formalities and Health
Physical fitness:
Travelers should be in good physical shape, and be used to traveling by motorcycle for several days. This trip is a motorcycle adventure to Morocco, so the pace and stages are dynamic and require some physical endurance. As indicated above, you must be prepared to perform the (voluntary) activities.

Responsibility:
Under no circumstances will the organization be responsible for breakdowns or incidents during the trip. However, at all times, we will try to find solutions to solve any problem that may arise during the trip. The mechanic will do everything possible to solve incidents in the vehicles.

In case of not being able to solve the possible breakdowns, the motorcycle will be transported in vehicles of the organization, and the rider will be able to continue the rest of the trip in an assistance vehicle.
